Black Cat is Atlanta’s original Victorian tattoo shop, located in the heart of the East Atlanta Village. Founded in October 2021 by husband-and-wife duo Miguel Olascuaga and Leah Penny, the shop brings a timeless approach to American Traditional tattooing in a space designed to feel unlike any other.
