Black Cat is a Victorian-style tattoo parlor specializing in American-traditional tattooing, located in the heart of the East Atlanta Village. Owners Miguel Olascuaga & Leah Penny opened the doors in late October of 2021 with two goals in mind. One, to create a welcoming environment where clients feel at home, and two, to create a space that was an experience in itself.
